This policy outlines how paid and unpaid time off is earned, requested, and approved. It ensures fair and consistent practices across all roles.

Applies to: All employees who work 80+ hours per year

Accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked (per MN law)

Max use: 48 hours/year

Unused sick time rolls over up to 80 hours total
Sick leave can be used for:

Medical appointments

Available to all employees with:
