What areas do you clear?

We clear driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and steps. We clear up to 3 feet in front of garage doors. We clear steps and walkways unless deemed unsafe for our crew.

How do your plans work (per-storm vs. seasonal)?

Our Seasonal Plan runs from November 1 to April 15 and includes unlimited clears throughout the season.
Our Per-Visit Plan also runs during the same dates, but service continues only if payment is current and the plan is not canceled. Each push is billed separately — so if a single storm requires multiple pushes, you will be charged for each one. This plan is ideal for customers who are away for part of the season — for example, on vacation or out of town for 1–2 months — and prefer to pay only when service is needed.

How do you handle light snowfalls (1–3 inches) that stop overnight?

We make one pass before the morning commute (5–7 AM). No second pass is needed because everything is cleared before traffic starts.

What’s your process for moderate snowfalls (3–6 inches) that end by morning?

We plow before the morning commute (5–7 AM) and may return for a touch-up if there’s drifting or icing. We salt after plowing to prevent refreeze.

How do you manage heavy snowfalls (6+ inches) that end before noon?

We do an early AM pass (2–5 AM) for initial access, then return after the storm ends for a full cleanup. This two-pass system ensures safety and a clean finish

What if it’s snowing heavily during the morning (1+ inch per hour)?

We make an early AM pass (2–5 AM) so you can get out, then return for final clearing once the storm ends. We let clients know that accumulation between passes is normal in these conditions.

What equipment do you use?

Our primary snow removal equipment consists of trucks with plows. When needed, we may also use skid steers for heavier or more compacted snow. In addition, we have a tractor snow blower, walk-behind snow blowers, and shovels to handle all types of snow conditions and property layouts.

We send email updates as we monitor approaching snow systems, and you can also follow us on social media for the latest updates. Once our crews begin service, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know we’re on the way or already working in your area.
